CTL Engineering is hiring a Corporate Receptionist for our New Albany location! CTL Engineering (www.ctleng.com) is an award-winning, full-service consulting engineering firm with (15) locations across OH, IN, WV, KY, NC, SC, and VA with a rich history over our (99) years in business. We provide civil/site design and land surveying, environmental, geotechnical, construction administration & inspection, accident reconstruction, roofing/building envelope, A/V system design, troubleshooting & installation, transportation design (bridge/roadway), and specialized testing services to the construction industry. Highlights: This role will be based out of our NEW CORPORATE office in New Albany. We are seeking a friendly and professional Corporate Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations, and support administrative functions to ensure the office runs smoothly. Work Environment This position is based in a corporate office setting and requires regular interaction with employees, visitors, and leadership. The Receptionist role must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally lift office supplies or packages.

This is more than a job posting... it's an invitation to bring your expertise to a company where innovation and passion converge seamlessly. * Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately Manage front desk activities, including visitor check-in and office security procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Coordinate meeting room scheduling and assist with meeting preparations Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation Communicate effectively with internal departments and external contacts Assist with office supply inventory and ordering as needed Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front Desk, or Office Support role is required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and basic office technology Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced corporate environment Professional appearance and attitude Benefits: CTL Engineering offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including medical, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, an award-winning ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan), and a 401K plan.
